On the 23rd Mr Turpin performed a fabulous assembly. As soon as we got into the Great Hall,  Mr Turpin got Helen, Samuel, Kitty and Mark to poke a straw through a potato (nobody could do it). Mark and Samuel got help from CHEATER Lord Harris and Kitty got help from CHEATER Mrs Cullen. They cheated by poking a pen and pencil through the potato. Mr Turpin showed us a quote of a famous basketball player while Helen, Samuel, Kitty and Mark tried to put more straws through the potato. This quote is very strong.                

                              "Michael Jordan".

At the end of the assembly Mrs Whitehead got us to sing "Bring it all back to you" by the Beatles.
